Founded in 1982, the Independent Adoption Center has successfully finalized nearly 4,000 adoptions in 35 states and is fully licensed in the states of California, Indiana, Georgia, and North Carolina. They are the largest and oldest U.S. adoption agency facilitating fully open adoptions.
